How do I measure for chenille letters and patches?
When measuring your chenille letter or patch, size is determined by measuring from the top of the chenille to the bottom. The overall size will be approximately 1" larger than the chenille measurement.
Using the varsity letter as an example, when you purchase a 6" letter, the 6" measurement is from the top of the chenille to the bottom; the actual size will be approximately 7" including the felt background.
Using a chenille patch as an example, when you purchase a 5" circle patch, the actual patch size will be 6"W x 6"H once the felt background is added into the measurement.
